Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your dispatch email for your tracking information to become active.

All Boujie orders are carefully and safely packed before leaving our workshop to prevent any potential damage during transit. Each item is handmade and thoroughly checked for quality before dispatch.

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for items damaged in transit, as this is unfortunately out of our control.

If you are dissatisfied with your order or believe something is wrong, please email us at boujiehome.co@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 2–4 business days and will do our best to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, but we can accept exchanges on new, unlit candles in certain circumstances.

To be eligible for an exchange:
- The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Please note:
- A scented item cannot be exchanged if you are unhappy with the fragrance.
- Personalised items cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- All exchanges must be for items of the same value and scent as the original purchase.

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing once we receive your item.

As a growing small business, we’re unable to cover return or exchange shipping costs at this time.
