Aftercare Guide  
Please:
  • Only burn for up to 2 hours on first use
  • Keep your candle away from pets and children
  • Trim your wick regularly and trim around ¼” before each use
  • Burn your candle on a heat safe surface away from drafts

Avoid:
  • Leaving your candle unattended
  • Burning your candle on or near anything that could catch fire
  • Moving or touching the candle whilst it is burning
  • Leaving your candle in sun light

Our decorative candles are created with aesthetic in mind and whilst extra care is taken to how they burn, most decorative candles are recommended for ornamental purposes. To maintain their beautiful shape and colour, we recommend that you do not keep your candles in direct sunlight and keep them away from any heat sources.

If you decide to light your candle, please remove all packaging and trim the wick to 0.5cm for optimum burn. If a decorative candle is lit, please expect some wax spillage. We recommend that you place your candle on a non-flammable dish – we’ve got you covered with some inspiration, check out our instagram or inspiration page – or a fire-resistant tray.

For a burning candle, please protect your surroundings. Consider not burning the candle for longer than two hours. Please do not leave a burning candle unattended and ensure that the candle is not placed too close to anything that can catch fire. Keep a burning candle away from children and pets.

For a burning candle that is dripping too much, put it out and let it cool before you relight the candle to use again.
